Despite their size, the Monitor Reference 2A bookshelf speakers are extremely powerful. The integrated Class D amplifier delivers 2 x 35 watts RMS and up to 2 x 75 watts of peak performance. They are so compact that you can put them on your desk or small console.

At the core of the system is a 1″ / 25 mm fmax tweeter equipped with a specially designed soundguide, ensuring optimized dispersion and a wide, balanced soundstage. The powerful ferrite magnet system enables exceptional dynamic range and precise high-frequency reproduction, ideal for music, movies, and gaming.
FE-DYNAMICS WOOFER FOR POWERFUL BASS
The Magnat Monitor Reference 5A is equipped with an FE-Dynamics bass-midrange driver featuring a coated paper cone with low partial oscillation. Combined with a distortion-optimized magnet system, this design delivers deep, precise bass and clean midrange reproduction — ensuring dynamic, powerful sound across all genres.
ENGINEERED FOR ACOUSTIC PURITY AND BASS PRECISION
The Magnat Monitor Reference 2A features a very solid, low-resonance cabinet construction, crafted from high-quality MDF panels that rests on resonance-damping rubber feet to minimize unwanted vibrations and resonances. To further enhance bass response and airflow, the cabinet integrates an Airflex port with rounded reflex opening. This design significantly reduces port noise ensuring tight, precise low-frequency reproduction even at higher volumes.
