The Magnat Cinema Ultra LCR 100-THX delivers professional-grade audio performance in a home theater format. As a certified THX® Ultra2 speaker, it excels as a left, center, or right channel, providing intense dynamics, pinpoint detail, and cinema-accurate frequency response. The dual 6.5″/17 cm woofers and specially developed dome tweeter in a D’Appolito arrangement guarantee clarity, control, and seamless dialogue reproduction—even at reference volumes.

CERTIFIED THX ULTRA 2 PERFORMANCE

Developed to meet strict THX Ultra2 criteria, the LCR 100-THX reproduces cinematic sound with stunning precision. Its closed-cabinet design follows the THX standard, delivering a frequency response starting at 80 Hz for front and surround applications. This ensures uniform dispersion, phase coherence, and a controlled performance without low-end extension.

The speaker embodies the Cinema Ultra stealth design, combining a deep black silk-matte lacquered offset baffle and an anthracite brushed-metal textured body. The woofers are highlighed by trim rings in matt black with a black chrome gloss ring.

The Magat Ultra Cinema LCR 100THX offers installation flexibility for a seamless integration into any home cinema setup. A rotating Magnat/THX® logo allows for correct visual alignment whether the speaker is mounted vertically or horizontally. The removable fabric grille is acoustically transparent and attaches via invisible magnets, preserving the clean, minimalist aesthetic.

EASY TO WALL-MOUNT

Its versatile mounting system includes VESA-compatible wall mounts, robust metal brackets with silicone spacers for stable vertical or horizontal installation, and silicone feet for secure placement on furniture or shelves—making the LCR 100THX adaptable to virtually any room layout or speaker positioning requirement.

Its flow-optimized die-cast aluminium chassis eliminates compression and resonance, while the high-power magnet system with inductivity control rings ensures low distortion and high linearity. A ventilated voice coil provides excellent thermal stability, and the rigid ceramic-aluminium diaphragm delivers precise, distortion-free mids and lows. The eight-point mounting ensures vibration-free, acoustically solid installation.

LARGE TWEETER WITH WAVEGUIDE FOR A WIDER DISPERSION

The Magnat Ultra Cinema LCR 100-THX tweeter is a high-efficiency, ultra-precise driver built to THX® Ultra2 standards. Its large 1.65” polyfibre cone and neodymium magnet system deliver wide bandwidth and dynamic range, while the computer-optimized waveguide ensures controlled dispersion and accurate staging. A ventilated aluminium voice coil and die-cast housing minimize resonance for clean, extended highs.
Integrated in a D’Appolito layout between dual midrange drivers, it achieves improved vertical dispersion, reduced lobing, and perfect wavefront alignment—ideal for high-end cinema and multichannel systems.

The Magat Ultra Cinema LCR 100THX cabinet is a highly stable, low-resonance MDF enclosure designed for maximum acoustic performance and minimal coloration. It features a 30 mm thick baffle and internal bracing, ensuring rock-solid construction that supports distortion-free playback at reference levels. The closed-box design guarantees silent, background-noise-free operation in line with THX® Ultra2 standards.
